Audiences Central is pleased to announce plans to introduce a brand new approach to membership to come into effect from 1 April 2008.
The new scheme aims to make membership work better for both our members and Audiences Central by offering different ‘packages’ of support in different price ranges, rather than a fixed menu of benefits.
The plans follow the research conducted in 2006 and consultation in September this year with a range of stakeholders, including current and lapsed subscribers.
Key Changes
The major difference is that we are now able to refine and upgrade our offer in response to susbcriber demand, and enable organisations to choose the benefits which are most appropriate for their organisation and circumstances.
In this new scheme, we have identified different packages of benefits, based on our knowledge of how organisations tend to engage with our services. These will be priced to reflect the value of the benefits, as well as according to turnover brackets.
We believe that the new scheme will offer a better deal for our members, will enable us to build better relationships with our clients and offer them better value.
What you said
Our consultation with subscribers on the proposal suggested that with some fine-tuning, the package approach was welcomed. But what came across loud and clear was the need for us to be more effective and proactive in our communications with you, both one-to-one as account managers, and through our email and web communications.
We have listened to this and will be investing additional time and resources into making significant improvements to account management and our communications tools, including training for staff so that the new scheme will really deliver better value to you.
What happens next?
Over the next few months, the Audiences Central team will be working up the fine detail of the packages, undertaking further market testing to ensure the proposition and pricing are right, and investing in our internal processes to ensure a smooth transition.
To find out more
We will be contacting each subscriber individually over the next few months to talk through the different packages and work with you to identify the best match for your organisation.
In the meantime, you can download the working document and have a look at the plans. While we are finalising the detail, there is still a chance to offer your feedback.
