Description
In this newly created role, you will manage specific learning and development initiatives and promote existing learning and development opportunities across the organisation. You will also help shape and deliver new learning and development opportunities. To achieve this, you will support the Training and Development Manager and work closely with other members of the HR team.
An important part of the role involves supporting young people seeking work experience through our existing programmes, so a keen interest in the development of young people is essential.
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it, you are likely to be a graduate and will already have some training and development experience, which you are keen to develop. You will also be a strong team player and enjoy working in a collaborative and creative environment.
This position is offered as a permanent contract.
